Proiect de peste 100 mil. euro al Grupului Țiriac la Brașov

The Țiriac Group is initiating an urban regeneration project on the former Lemexim industrial site in Brașov, transforming it into a multifunctional urban area. The investment exceeds €100 million and includes residential units, a hospital, a kindergarten, and green spaces. A significant step is the allocation of 6,000 square meters for a public park, marking the first contribution from the site’s owners. The project will unfold over five years, starting in 2027, and will be executed in three phases, integrating residential, medical, educational, and community facilities. This initiative aims to create a modern urban environment that supports social and community needs.
