Proiect de 5 milioane de euro pentru digitalizarea administrației locale din județul Cluj. Cum vor fi eliminate cozile la ghișee

The "Cluj Smart County" project aims to connect all localities in Cluj County through a digital system funded by the County Council. This initiative, with a budget of 5 million euros, will allow citizens to access public services and documents online, reducing bureaucracy and wait times. Self-service kiosks will facilitate document submission and retrieval. Approximately 3.4 million residents in the region are expected to benefit from this integrated cloud system. The project may also support financially struggling local administrations and could pave the way for future administrative reforms in Romania.
