Proiect București: Fără mașini de livrări și curierat în trafic la orele de vârf

A proposal to restrict the circulation and parking of delivery and courier vehicles in Bucharest during peak hours is set for discussion. The ban would apply from 7:00 to 9:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, with exceptions for emergency services and medical transport. Violations could result in fines ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 lei, enforced by local police. The measure aims to alleviate traffic congestion caused by delivery activities in the city, which is known for its heavy traffic. The regulation is expected to take effect on January 1, 2027.
