The TEZAUR program is back, offering annual interest rates up to 7.15% for Romanian citizens until September 4. Investments can be made in state securities with maturities of 1, 3, and 5 years, and the earnings are tax-free. Purchases can be made online or at Treasury units, with specific dates for each method. Investors can cancel subscriptions during the subscription period and must be at least 18 years old. The funds raised will help finance the budget deficit and refinance public debt.
