The program, with a budget of 400 million lei, supports individuals with photovoltaic panels. Funding covers up to 75% of project costs, with a minimum battery capacity of 10 kWh. Points are awarded based on the applicant's contribution and battery capacity, with a maximum of 100 points possible. In case of ties, the contribution amount and battery capacity are compared before considering the application submission time. The program is open to existing prosumers, regardless of previous funding sources, and aims to enhance energy storage efficiency.
