Ten individuals under probation have graduated from a professional qualification course organized by ANOFM, the National Probation Directorate, and BAT Romania. This program aims to support the reintegration of people facing legal difficulties by providing them with professional skills. Since its launch in 2025, over 120 beneficiaries have received recognized certifications, enhancing their employment prospects. The latest course focused on vulnerable individuals in Suceava, with 80% of graduates being probation clients. The partnership highlights the importance of collaboration between public and private sectors in creating job opportunities and reducing social vulnerabilities.
