Key initiatives include a unified digital platform for environmental regulations, a unique registry for obligations related to the EU and OECD, and performance contracts for institutions. The government aims to enhance environmental inspections by implementing a risk-based control system and utilizing satellite data. Additionally, financial guarantees for environmentally risky activities will be established, and a multiannual funding calendar will be adopted for 2027-2028, focusing on competitive selection for financing. The restructuring of the Ministry of Environment's central structures is also planned to improve efficiency.
