Program de 5,3 mld. de lei pentru tehnologii avansate în România

The Romanian Ministry of Finance proposes the TechUp program to fund advanced technology research and production investments. The total budget is 5.313 billion lei, divided between regional investment aid and research projects. Funding agreements will be issued from 2026 to 2032, with annual payments estimated at 759 million lei. Projects must have eligible costs between 5 and 50 million lei, including research and production components. Beneficiaries can receive up to 30% advance for research, and the program covers various technology sectors. The Ministry will publish guidelines for accessing the program within 45 working days after the government decision.
