Sphera Franchise Group reported consolidated sales of 754.5 million lei in H1 2026, a 1.2% increase from the previous year, despite a challenging consumption environment. The group faced a 1.6% decline in Q2 sales, totaling 376.6 million lei. Normalized profit decreased by 22.6% to 13.7 million lei, while EBITDA remained stable at 52.5 million lei. Romania generated the highest sales, followed by Moldova with significant growth. The group expanded its network, opening new restaurants, including Taco Bell in Chișinău. Sphera continues to diversify its portfolio and optimize underperforming brands.
