The region saw a nearly 40% increase in fiscalized income from supplementary education compared to the previous year. Nationally, reported tutoring income reached 225 million lei, a 14% rise from 198 million lei in 2024. Bucharest leads with 59.19 million lei, followed by Cluj and Ilfov. In Brașov, 494 teachers declared tutoring income, up from 450 the previous year, with a total increase of about 39%. However, many educators do not report their earnings, indicating that actual figures may be significantly higher.
