In the first half of 2026, Electrica produced 21,012 MWh of electricity, marking a significant increase compared to 2025. The production includes energy from wind and solar parks. Electrica distributed 8,905.3 GWh of electricity and supplied 3,375.5 GWh to retail markets. Natural gas supply decreased to 347.8 GWh. By June 2026, Electrica served 3.228 million consumption points, down from 3.423 million the previous year. The company operates across 18 counties in Romania and is listed on stock exchanges since 2014.
