The deal is expected to finalize by November 2026, pending conditions. This acquisition will strengthen Cris-Tim's leadership in ready meals and expand opportunities in the sandwich segment, which has seen consistent growth. The companies involved produce both private label and branded products, catering to various retail channels. CEO Radu Timiș Jr. emphasized the strategic importance of this move for future growth and product development.
