Airbus Atlantic, a French manufacturer, specializes in aeronautical structures and has three subsidiaries in Romania. The acquired companies supply parts for fuselages and wings but do not have Romanian branches. The Council found no significant competition concerns regarding this transaction in the Romanian market, ensuring it aligns with normal competitive conditions. The decision will be published after confidential information is removed.
