Romanian croissant producer Derpan is listing its first bond issue on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, raising €2 million for production development. The bonds have an 11% fixed interest rate and mature in 2030. Derpan, part of Golden Foods Snacks, operates two production units and sells products in over 25 countries. Despite a revenue increase to 125.65 million lei in 2025, the company reported a net loss of approximately 3.58 million lei, its first loss in two decades. The funds raised will support production capacity growth and new product launches.
