Prosecutor Radu George Bucurică remains in preventive detention after the High Court rejected his appeal against his arrest in a case involving multiple offenses, including illegal weapon use. He was initially detained for causing a disturbance in a public place and allegedly used tear gas and fired a gun at police officers. The court's decision confirmed his preventive arrest for 30 days, starting from August 27.
