Radu George Bucurică, a prosecutor from Caraș-Severin, has been suspended after being placed under preventive arrest for multiple charges, including illegal use of firearms. The CSM's decision follows the High Court's ruling for his arrest for 30 days due to a public disturbance incident. Bucurică allegedly used a tear gas spray and fired a gun while being restrained by police. The investigation is conducted by the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Alba Iulia Court of Appeal.
