Bucurică is under investigation for an incident in Ribița, where he allegedly sprayed a police officer with tear gas and attempted to flee with a firearm. Bodycam footage shows him holding the gun while being pursued by police. The incident occurred in August, and Bucurică was found with a Walther pistol, a knife, and tear gas, despite having his firearm permit revoked.
