A prosecutor from Caraș-Severin was detained after allegedly firing at authorities during a search. The Alba Iulia Court has opened a criminal case against him. He was found in Ribița, Hunedoara, after failing to surrender his weapons following a permit suspension. Authorities located him at a local terrace, where he became aggressive and used pepper spray before fleeing. When apprehended, he reportedly fired at police officers. He is now facing charges for illegal use of a firearm, use of dangerous objects, public disorder, and other offenses related to assaulting officials.
