Vastint România has signed a lease with ProCredit Bank for 2,500 m² in Business Garden Bucharest, increasing occupancy to 90%. ProCredit Bank also opened a 175 m² self-service area, enhancing services for tenants and visitors. Over the past year, 14,500 m² of office space has been leased in the complex. The relocation reflects ProCredit Bank's commitment to sustainable operations in a modern workspace. The transaction was facilitated by Colliers, highlighting a trend towards long-term workspace decisions prioritizing sustainability and community.
