Procesiune în București în cinstea Papei Ioan Paul al II-lea, luptător împotriva regimurilor comuniste

The Archdiocese of Bucharest will hold a procession with the relic of Saint Pope John Paul II in the capital. The event will start from the monument dedicated to him and will include various religious leaders and faithful. The relic, a piece of cloth with the Pope's blood, was gifted to the Cathedral of Saint Joseph in 2011. This year marks 27 years since the Pope's historic visit to Romania, the first by a pontiff to a predominantly Orthodox country.
