Procesele puciștilor împotriva PNL au ajuns în faza de apel: Curtea de Apel București judecă azi definitiv suspendarea deciziei de convocare a Congresului Extraordinar

The Bucharest Court of Appeal is reviewing PNL's appeal against the suspension of the Extraordinary Congress decision. The Tribunal initially suspended the Congress call but rejected the request to suspend the new Statute. Another Tribunal panel has also suspended the Statute, which is now under appeal. Additionally, two judges have recused themselves from the Statute's authorization process due to prior involvement with PNL's dissenters.
