The technical teams are working to resolve the issues, and drivers are encouraged to attempt payment before traveling. If payment is not possible due to system failures, drivers can continue their journey without fear of penalties. The toll fees for the affected period can be calculated later without additional costs for users. Transporters have reported ongoing difficulties with the system, particularly with older mobile devices, and have requested an extension for penalty enforcement until April 2027.
