CNAIR has announced that drivers unable to purchase TollRo will not face penalties during this period. The platform's email domain faced temporary limitations from providers like Google and Yahoo, affecting the delivery of confirmations and account notifications. CNAIR is working with STS to enhance email delivery capacity and is conducting a technical analysis with the payment processor to resolve issues. Users can still fund their accounts with credits, and all transactions during the affected period are being reconciled to ensure proper allocation of payments.
