The CEO of OMV Petrom attributed these shortages to logistical issues and state interventions in the market. The Secretary of State in the Ministry of Energy clarified that there is no structural fuel deficit, but rather logistical blockages affecting distribution. OMV Petrom has warned partners about potential delays in diesel deliveries due to significant stock variations and increased demand.
