Probleme cu apa în mai multe cartiere din Sibiu: la etajele superioare, presiunea va fi scăzută

Residents in several neighborhoods of Sibiu will experience low water pressure or complete interruptions for two days due to major water network works. Apă Canal Sibiu S.A. announced that from September 30, 2026, to October 2, 2026, there will be installation of a 600 mm shut-off valve and connection of a new 230-meter water supply pipeline on Viitorului Street. The work, conducted by Terra Building with technical assistance from the regional operator, is part of the POIM project. Significant pressure drops and possible total water supply interruptions, especially on the upper floors of buildings, are expected. Affected areas include Lupeni, Lazaret, and others. During the first day, water supply will be completely interrupted for the former LIBERTATEA factory. Residents are advised to store drinking water and will have access to water via two tankers during the works.
