Princess Isabella of Denmark has started her military service, which has been extended to 11 months due to security concerns in Europe. She is among the first women to undertake this new mandatory service. Isabella will not receive any salary during her service, following a tradition in the Danish royal family. Her brother, Crown Prince Christian, has also completed military training.
