The Oradea municipality is creating a temporary access to Kindergarten No. 23 due to ongoing construction at the Crișul shopping center. Workers are preparing a parking area by clearing vegetation and debris from the former Staționar VI site. A section of the concrete fence separating the kindergarten and the hospital grounds has been removed to facilitate access. This temporary route will allow parents to drop off their children while construction continues. A permanent road linking Louis Pasteur and Republicii streets is planned for the future, with construction expected to start in 2027.
