Primul studiu despre publicul muzeului Brukenthal: doar 8 din 100 sunt sibieni, iar 3 din 4 l-au vizitat pentru prima dată
A recent study reveals that the majority of visitors to the Brukenthal Palace in Sibiu are tourists, with only 8% being locals. Most respondents were visiting for the first time, and many decided to enter spontaneously. The study, conducted by INCFC, showed that 89% of visitors were tourists, primarily from Romania, with a significant portion coming from Bucharest. The findings indicate a strong brand presence for the museum, although local engagement remains low. Recommendations from friends were the main source of information for visitors, highlighting the importance of word-of-mouth over social media. The museum aims to attract more local visitors and enhance communication about its offerings.
