Primul proiect major votat în sesiune extraordinară: De la 1 ianuarie 2027 se instituie salarizarea tip „bonus/malus” pentru funcționarii publici din ANAF și Vamă / de voturi „pentru” în Senat

The Romanian Senate approved a financial incentive system for public employees in ANAF and Customs, rewarding those who exceed revenue targets while penalizing underperformers. This 'bonus/malus' system will be implemented from January 1, 2027, as part of the PNRR reform package. Performance evaluations will determine eligibility for rewards or salary reductions, with a focus on enhancing revenue collection. The initiative aims to retain qualified staff amid a significant personnel deficit and low job satisfaction. Financial rewards will not exceed 12% of salary expenses and will be funded by additional revenues collected. The proposal now moves to the Chamber of Deputies for final approval.
