Primul lot de autostradă inaugurat în 2026 / Lotul Zimbor – Poarta Sălajului de pe Autostrada Transilvania A3 va fi inaugurat marți, 11 august

The Zimbor – Poarta Sălajului section of the Transylvania Highway (A3) will be inaugurated on August 11, 2026, marking the first highway segment opened this year. The 12.24 km stretch connects the Zimbor and Românași interchanges and is funded through the Transport Program 2021-2027. The opening follows discussions about delays in traffic due to uncompleted interchange contracts. Minister Radu Miruță confirmed that both the highway and interchanges will be opened simultaneously, addressing previous administrative delays.
