Two commercial vessels were attacked by drones in the Black Sea, with one sinking and its crew missing. The first ship, ALFA WATAN, was under Togolese flag and has not had any crew members found yet. The second vessel suffered damage and a fire but all 18 crew members were rescued. Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev condemned the attacks as serious violations of international law.
