The National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority (ANSVSA) suspended the establishment's operations and imposed a fine of 30,000 lei. Medical assistance was provided to 30 individuals, with 20 requiring hospitalization, including a minor. Inspectors collected samples to investigate the incident, citing hygiene deficiencies and improper food handling. The situation is currently classified as a suspected collective food poisoning, with further investigations ongoing to determine the cause and link to the consumed food.
