A new drone was intercepted and neutralized by the Romanian Air Force over Tulcea, marking the third such incident in recent days. Residents were warned via RO-Alert to take shelter due to potential falling debris. The drone, identified as a Shahed model used by Russia, was shot down by an F-16 at 10:13 AM. Investigations into these incidents are ongoing, and Romania plans to lodge a diplomatic protest against Russia for violating its airspace.
