Investigators are focusing on three individuals, including two Romanians and one Italian, suspected of forming a criminal group in 2021. This group allegedly operated in both Romania and the UK, posing as successful businessmen to secure significant foreign bank financing. Călin Georgescu, a former presidential candidate, is also mentioned in the investigation.
