The financial rewards, up to 12% of salary expenses, will be based on annual evaluations and are set to begin in January 2027. Bonuses will be granted for exceptional performance in tax and customs control, with specific criteria for eligibility. However, those who do not meet performance standards or have disciplinary issues will not receive rewards. The law also includes penalties for underperformance.
