Primarul unui mare municipiu îl sfidează pe Bolojan: "Iluminatul public nu va fi închis"
The mayor of Bistrița, Gabriel Lazany, stated he will not reduce public lighting during the national alert due to the energy crisis. He emphasized that the municipality is already saving electricity in its own building, where air conditioning has not worked for two years. Lazany believes that stopping architectural lighting would not lead to significant savings and insists on prioritizing citizen safety over government directives. He also mentioned that public lighting cannot be adjusted in intensity and confirmed that it will remain on. Regarding electric buses, he humorously noted they will be charged during the day.
