He emphasized the need for qualified individuals in important roles, criticizing the current political marketing strategies that highlight incompetence. Chirica, a member of the PNL party, expressed concerns about Romania's fiscal policies, arguing they often ignore the economy's capacity and prioritize electoral gains over business interests. He linked these issues to rising migration and unemployment, noting that many are forced into unskilled jobs. Additionally, he acknowledged that mistakes have been made not only in Romania but also by the European Community.
