Primarul Clujului, Emil Boc, solicită companiei Transavia să ceară scuze public, după mirosul pestilențial de fecale care a acoperit din nou întreg orașul

Cluj-Napoca's mayor, Emil Boc, has called for a halt to the spreading of organic fertilizers due to persistent foul odors in the city. He has requested Transavia to publicly apologize to residents after numerous complaints. Boc has also urged environmental authorities to investigate the situation, labeling the smell as 'intolerable'. This marks the first time he has directly pointed to Transavia, amid ongoing controversies regarding the source of the odors. Previous complaints have linked the issue to agricultural activities and waste management problems in the area, particularly from the Pata Rât landfill. Transavia operates poultry farms and uses organic fertilizers in Cluj, contributing to the ongoing odor issues.
