The organization, informally named 'Busola', aims to guide tourists in exploring the city. Ciucu emphasizes the importance of events and the need for a professional management team, while also promoting Bucharest as a university city for international students. The funding will come from tourist taxes, and the mayor will retain budgetary oversight.
