Primarul Buzăului, „luptător” anti-suveraniști și critic al apropierii PSD de AUR, fotografiat în compania lui George Simion

George Simion, leader of AUR, was seen at Brussels airport with Buzău's PSD mayor, Constantin Toma, who previously criticized AUR's alliance with PSD. Simion attended an international conference where he described Romania as a 'banana republic'. Toma, despite his past criticisms, has been seen with Simion before, notably during the latter's 2019 campaign launch. Toma has also expressed concerns about the political implications of PSD's collaboration with AUR. Additionally, Toma receives a special pension as a former parliament member, amounting to nearly 5,000 lei monthly.
