The Timișoara City Hall plans to take a new loan of 30 million euros from the EBRD, increasing its total debt to 95 million euros. This loan will fund the city's contribution to EU-funded projects, including the completion of the Ring Road 2, the transformation of Calea Sagului into a Green Corridor, urban regeneration in the Traian area, and the modernization of the heating network. The City Council will vote on this loan, which follows a previous loan of 30 million euros taken last year for similar projects.
