Primăria Sectorului 5 a semnat contractul pentru studiul de fezabilitate al magistralei de metrou Bragadiru - Voluntari (M7)

The Sector 5 City Hall has signed a contract for the feasibility study of the M7 Metro Line, marking a significant step in public transport investment in the Bucharest-Ilfov region. This project, developed in partnership with local and central authorities, aims to connect Bragadiru and Voluntari over approximately 26 kilometers with around 27 stations. The feasibility study will determine the final route configuration and technical solutions, funded by European Union resources. Mayor Vlad Popescu Piedone emphasized the project's advancement towards construction, highlighting its importance for local residents lacking efficient public transport options.
