This contract was granted on September 17, 2026, through a negotiation process without prior publication. The City Hall stated that the temporary contract was necessary to ensure continuity of services while contestations regarding a long-term tender were resolved. PHG Waste Management is linked to Daniela-Madi Păcuraru, wife of Maricel Păcuraru, owner of Realitatea Plus TV. NMD Zet Zone SRL is owned by Marin-Alexandru Lazăr, with previous management by Natalia-Mădălina Dan.
