Starting September 7, 2026, the General Directorate for Evidence of Persons in Sector 3 will relocate to Hala Laminor, consolidating local services in one location. Citizens can access all services gradually at the new address, Bd. Basarabia nr. 256. The previous locations will cease operations on September 4, 2026. The new site will feature self-service options and support for online document processing. Access to the building is through the southern entrance, with guidance available for visitors. Public transport options include the nearby Republica metro station and bus line STB 640.
