This procedure allows the current manager, Dr. Gheorghe Carp, to potentially continue in his role despite his contract expiring earlier this year. The tender will be open for bids in the coming days and aims to ensure efficient management of the hospital. Mayor Florin Birta justified the choice of a legal entity for management, citing the hospital's successful operation under this model. The estimated contract value will be adjusted for inflation, and the new manager is expected to take over on October 1.
