Primăria Mangalia face plângere la DNA / ”Mâine mergem la Curtea de Conturi să dăm cu subsemnatul” / Datorii neachitate în urmă cu mai bine de zece ani

The Mangalia City Hall has filed a complaint with the DNA regarding unpaid debts from over a decade ago, including penalties related to Callatis Therm. Vice Mayor Paul Foleanu highlighted a penalty of over 22 million lei due to a late payment from 2014. Additionally, a complaint concerning the lack of an operating permit for a company led to a payment of around one million lei. The City Hall has also reported these issues to the Court of Accounts for investigation into potential damages and responsible parties. Further legal actions are expected in the coming days.
