Primăria Iași vrea să înfiinţeze primul centru de consiliere a agresorilor din familie / ”Degeaba muncim numai cu victima şi cu copiii, pentru că agresorul rămâne acasă, în mediul său”

A new Counseling and Rehabilitation Center for Aggressors will be established in Tudor Vladimirescu, in partnership with the Socola Psychiatric Institute. The center will provide psychological counseling, social assistance, support groups, and medical intervention. It will operate as a day center, open Monday to Friday, and will accommodate both court-mandated and voluntarily seeking aggressors. Additionally, plans are in place to create a residential center for aggressors by 2028. The initiative aims to address domestic violence comprehensively, focusing on both victims and perpetrators.
