Primăria Cluj primește prima ofertă pentru trenurile metropolitane, după ce prima procedură de licitație a eșuat
The Cluj Metropolitan Train project is progressing as a new bid for electric trains has been registered after a previous failed attempt. Mayor Emil Boc announced that the initial tender was canceled due to lack of acceptable offers. To attract bidders, the municipality revised its strategy, reducing the number of trains from seven to five while maintaining a budget of approximately 444 million lei. The contract includes maintenance services for the first 15 years and an option to extend the order for additional trains.
