Primăria Cluj-Napoca cumpără 350 de locuințe pentru oamenii din Pata Rât și nu numai. Emil Boc anunță o „regulă sfântă, clară”

Residents from Pata Rât and other informal settlements in Cluj-Napoca will be relocated to 350 new homes funded by the local budget and EU funds. The local council approved a legal mechanism for the purchase of these homes, ensuring families cannot return to their previous living conditions. Mayor Emil Boc emphasized the importance of this initiative for compliance with national and EU regulations, aiming to eliminate informal housing. The project will also provide support for education, healthcare, and employment. By 2030, the social housing fund is expected to reach around 475 units, with significant investments planned for the coming years.
