The Mayor of Bucharest, Ciprian Ciucu, announced the development of a new Cultural Strategy for the city over the next decade, aiming to enhance its cultural potential. The strategy will include a public consultation platform and funding programs managed by ARCUB. Ciucu emphasized the need for a structured approach to cultural development, noting that the previous strategy was never implemented. The new plan will focus on measurable projects and has already involved consultations with over 12 cultural communities. An online platform for public suggestions has also been launched to engage citizens in the process.
